Author: Casey Jacox

I'm a father, a husband, a coach, a friend and a business leader who is the same person in and out of work. Over my entire career, adversity has always made me stronger. Blessed to have a positive attitude, I always look at life through the eyes of an optimist. I love to meet new people and have an intense passion about building relationships – true relationships that are long-lasting. I love to laugh and make those around me laugh; if we are not having fun, then why do we go to work? I love to empower people to achieve more than they think they are capable of. Competition is something I thrive on and always am pushing myself and others to compete so that our clients and consultants will win by receiving our best effort. Giving back is a huge part of my life. You have to pay it forward so that you are open to receiving in the future. Every day we are judged by who we are or what we do. I have a beautiful wife Carrie and two amazing children - Ryder & Rylee.

Do you know the difference between a coach and a champion?

You’re on vacation, and you’re finally ready to relax. You check into the hotel, and your spouse is dragging you by the arm toward the pool. It’s time for a margarita, poolside. But no, you can’t go. You’re headed straight to the hotel room to work because even after several…

Do you give people the benefit of the doubt?

We hear this phrase all of the time.  We all think that we know what it means, but do we really? I would argue that we don’t, because if we did there would be much less arguing, frustration or strains on the relationships we develop in our professional or personal lives.…

Self-awareness & Perception: Will you succeed or fail?

One of the best pieces of advice in life I’ve received is “You are what you allow” which can be relevant for a coach, a parent or even a business. How you handle yourself in every situation can directly impact and control your future outcome, as it relates to both personal…

What is the value of your Integrity?

Trust, integrity, and follow-up are three words that immediately come to my mind when looking to build strong relationships. Reversely, lack of follow up, lack of integrity, or distrust can quickly end relationships. These character traits can also end friendships, marriages, or even employment. Regardless, if you win the game,…
